Gary Higson heads up Business Development for Scroxton & Partners and joined the practice in 2016. With experience in the residential and commercial sector working for both property developers and private clients. His skills are in Business Enterprise and Real Estate and his ambition is to help with the continued growth of the company.He believes in relationship building and a customer-led approach to sales and marketing and with an emphasis on delivering real value through improved return on investment for the company’s clients.
Recently completed his MSc in Real Estate and is enjoying applying these skills in his everyday role. Currently studying his APC to become a MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in agency.

Outside of work, Gary is busy with a young family and their recent addition of Duke a Goldador.
