They have invested heavily in town centre sites and, through their business partnership, are creating their own unique brand of developments that are being warmly received by investors and homeowners alike. They work closely with their professional team, local politicians and the planning department and planning consultant to achieve high-density consents that defy local planning policy.
Ye Corner | Residential Architect Watford
Ye Corner, a residential project sited in the Watford area within a short walking distance from Bushey Station. We agreed with the client a strategy to develop an overage option as part of the sale and used our expertise to gain a further four apartments on top of the approved fifteen through a second planning approval, maximising the value available from what was once a local eyesore.

An office to residential permitted development scheme. A local business owner had operated out of a high street premise for many years but the property was not designed as a modern office so the spaces weren’t ideal for creating a modern office environment and buzz. He felt that his sales team especially had outgrown the space and he wanted to purchase a new office space which would allow them to create the right environment to grow his company.

Founded over 15 years ago, the client is a residential developer specialising in providing high-quality homes across the south of England, customised to the requirements of the buyer. With a focus on small development sites, they focus on providing the homes that will meet the requirements of the local area and pride themselves on a hands-on approach throughout the process, from land acquisition to aftersales support.
Oddfellows | Buckingham
Oddfellows Hall is a late Victorian brick built single-storey commercial conversion building in the middle of the historic market town of Buckingham. Purpose built by the Oddfellows Society in 1891 as a meeting hall, the building had slowly fallen into disuse as the Society’s needs changed over the years, finally becoming entirely redundant in 2017 when a lease to the Jehovah’s Witnesses came to an end.
Great Paxton | Huntingdon
Acting as lead designer for an SME Property Developer, and with WYG as planning consultant, Planning Permission was approved for five homes in Paxton, Cambridgeshire, “Brownfield Development” and then the site sold to another Developer, who is currently building out the houses, which are in high demand in this idyllic English village.

Outline Application and Reserved Matters for 9 Dwellings, The outline consent aimed to provide a mix of house types, these are a mix of two and three-bedroom units to provide variety across the site. The size, scale, and materiality of the proposed houses and flats have been designed to be in keeping with the local surroundings and to ensure the development sits comfortably within this residential area. A key driver for the design and residential architecture team is to create sustainable and energy-efficient homes. In order to achieve this, a holistic approach has been taken.
